Dani Harmer, most famous for her roles on kid’s TV show Tracy Beaker, and for participating in Let’s Dance for Sport Relief and Strictly Come Dancing, stated, ‘I’m a huge Dermalogica fan and this light lotion is a must for anyone that gets spots like me’.
Dermalogica Oil Control Lotion is a light lotion which uses micro sponges to absorb the excess oil which forms over the skin’s surface. This product can be used by anyone with any type of skin to reduce shininess but it is especially good for those who are prone to spots due to exceptionally oily skin. The Oil Control Lotion helps to combat oily skin and leaves you with a smooth matte finish all day long. Zinc, yeast extract, biotin and caffeine take over the sebaceous glands that produce oil, and then purify the glands in order to prevent excessive oil production. Salicylic acid is used to clear blocked pores and hair follicles, which in turn, prevents future breakouts and the skin is kept calm thanks to balm mint and camphor.
Dani Harmer is not the only Strictly star to express the importance of Dermalogica in their skin care routine. Professional dancer Camilla Dallerup has opened up her make-up bag of secrets and revealed the importance of Dermalogica’s Skin Smoothing Cream along with their cleansing gel and night cream which she uses religiously to nourish her skin after taking off all of her show make-up, which would otherwise wreak havoc with her skin.
