Whether you’re a regular gym goer, an occasional class-taker or someone who’s just getting into the swing of fitness, having a post-gym freshen up is absolutely essential unless you want to smell less than pleasant. If you’ve worked up a real sweat, it may feel like your regular products don’t give you that just-washedQ feeling, so we’ve put together a list of products to use after your workouts to help you to feel as fresh as a daisy:

As much as we’d all like to HOPE for a relaxing time over the Christmas period, the reality for most of us is going to be far more hectic. The Night Before…

If you’re anything like us, the later part of Christmas Eve is usually spent doing all of the last minute prep like wrapping and baking, in order to be ready for the big day.
