Now that we’re reaching the end of the summer holiday period and the weather seems to be taking a sharp turn towards the autumnal, we’re craving warmth and comfort which we just don’t seem to be able to achieve with our summery smoothies.

Tea is a far more warming option and there are a number of herbal teas out there which can help to improve your skin from the inside out. We thought we’d take a look into the best teas for your skin so that you can warm your cockles whilst helping your skin and maximising your hydration at the same time.

Green Tea

The most obvious choice is green tea, and for a good reason. Green tea contains powerful antioxidants and polyphenols which are micronutrients, vital in the prevention of degenerative diseases such as skin cancer. Peppermint Tea
